Hydroseeded lawns turn out better than traditional seeding

Why? 

There’s more seeds per square inch and hydroseeds germinate at a higher success rate. So it grows faster than regular seed (if maintained properly). 

Mow your lawn in 8 weeks

In 5 weeks, you’ll be able to lay in the grass. In 8 weeks, I’ll be able to mow your lawn. And in 10 weeks, you’ll have a hard time finding your dog’s poop because the grass is so thick. 

Hydroseeding might seem like a new thing but it’s been around since the 1940s. Maurice Mandell, a Connecticut highway worker, invented it. 

How hydroseed works

Traditionally, a lawn is seeded in three layers: seed, fertilizer, and then water. Maurice decided to mix the ingredients together. Letting them marinate before he spread them. 

Turns out lawncare is lot like cooking because the results are awesome!

Best done in spring and fall

Hydroseeding is best done in spring and fall. You can do it during the summer but if you want the best results, think spring and fall.
